A graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, Sandesh’s technical expertise and experience at SolidWorks provided a solid foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. In 2003, he identified a critical shortage of skilled engineering talent in the U.S. and founded Indovance to bridge this gap, offering access to top-tier talent from India. Through his strategic vision, Sandesh has implemented robust systems, processes, and ongoing employee skills development programs that ensure consistent service quality and long-term client satisfaction.
In 2016, the Triangle Business Journal awarded Sandesh its 40 Under 40 award for his business acumen and leadership.
